Education, Morality, Progress

Career Passion Quotes-

“The function of education is to teach one to think intensively and to think critically. Intelligence plus character – that is the goal of true education.” -Martin Luther King, Jr.

Passion For Learning

A Human takes birth two times- first from his mother and then from the place where he learns. The circumstances around him start influencing him from an early age. He starts learning new things and doing them as he sees others do. We readily get influenced by the society where we live. The education of the child shapes his career and future life. Education makes someone realize his duty towards the nation and how to behave in society. It has become the part of our life that decides our ability in our
future.

People often say – learn to live life. But, it is necessary for us to live life to learn. This purpose is readily served by education. We should not get educated to attain degrees and jobs. Learning should be a pleasure. The curiosity to learn should come from our inner hearts. Every second of our life teaches us something. Education can be a weapon that you can use to dominate the world with your potential.

Passion for Education Quotes

We learn from every event in our life. It is said that “If you wish to learn, a foolish can even teach you. But, if you don’t have the will even Egeria or Sophia can’t teach you.

Develop a passion for learning. If you do, you will never cease to grow.” – Anthony J. D’Angelo

Education is not what is taught in school, it is an enlightening experience. It is not necessary to sit in a classroom and study. You can learn anything in any manner, time or place. You can learn even when you are running in an open ground. Education is just intangible. It is like a wind that flows around you every time and you can only feel it.

“Education is what remains after one has forgotten what one has learned in school.”  -Albert Einstein

Rabindranath Tagore said that a child could develop fully and freely only around its natural surroundings. He believed that this would nourish his own creativity and innovation. Keeping this view in mind he developed his dream institution “Shantiniketan” in a beautiful rural setting.  But know, studying inside 4 walls has become a trend. People often look for classes and teachers which makes the children dependent and they copy notes and fail to do something on their own. Creativity ignites the spark which brings on the design to create innovation. Creativity is the ability to surpass traditional ideas, rules, and patterns to create meaningful new ideas, products, and methods. Today’s innovation can be the secret sauce for a successful career. Imagination is behind creativity.

Many people like the Wright brothers were thought to be daydreamers. But they imagined flying which led them to make creative and new things. Their school education did not influence their vision. Therefore, it’s not necessary for us to learn from the teachers. Nature is the real teacher and perfect education could be provided by it only.

“Education is not just about going to school and getting a degree. It’s about widening your knowledge and absorbing the truth about life.” -Shakuntala Devi

Education directly impacts the economic, social, and political status of a country.

A country with more educated people with modern liberal ideas progresses at a very fast rate. The people are able to help in
the country’s development through their intelligence and ability. Canada, which has a literacy rate of 99%, is one of the most developed countries in the world. Australia which has a rate of 99% is the second most developed country in the world. Other such countries are Russia (95%), Japan (99%), Israel (97%), and the USA (85%). Countries such as South Sudan and Afghanistan have the lowest literacy rate as a result they are not developed. India has a literacy rate of 75% which tells that it is still developing.

“No country can really develop unless its citizens are educated.” – Nelson Mandela

One of the major problems India faces is the involvement of the caste system in education. The right to education is a fundamental right so the government has given reservations to SCs and STs in government colleges and jobs. But, this hinders the progress of the country as people with real potential are unable to get employed as a result forcing them to travel abroad for studies and jobs. If education does not create a need for the best in life, then we are stuck in an undemocratic, rigid caste society. “Education itself is free of all the forces, age, sex, caste, religion, and region.”

“Always do what is right. It will gratify half of mankind and astound the other.”― Mark Twain

Moral Progress-

Development is always accepted and better for the growing society. We should always contribute in whatever way we can to society. Humans are made to use their potential for progress. But today, because of our day-to-day life, have we forgotten our morality and ethics? Have we lost the values that were given to us by our ancestors? Don’t we have the same feelings and empathy for others that we had? Morality issues a big challenge for us who are so much involved in freaking activities that we forget to care even for our family members. Believe that. Sea is vast but its water tastes salty. Well is small but its water tastes sweet. Meaning is clear-we have become very rich in terms of technology and science in this modern period and we are at the last step of progress. Economically, he has discovered every single means of income. We have gathered bundles of knowledge but from our inner heart and mind have become spoiled. How many inventions and discoveries humans can make but without morality, it will last as a piece of garbage!!

“So far, about morals, I know only that what is moral is what you feel good after and what is immoral is what you feel bad after.”― Ernest Hemingway

WHAT IS MORALITY?

Morality is the differentiation of intentions, decisions and actions between those that are distinguished as proper and those that are improper. It can be a body of standards or principles derived from a code of conduct from a particular philosophy, religion or culture, or it can derive from a standard that a person believes should be universal. It may also be specifically synonymous with “goodness” or “rightness”. Moral philosophy includes moral ontology, which is the origin of morals; and moral epistemology, which is the knowledge of morals. Different systems of expressing morality have been proposed, including deontological ethical systems which adhere to a set of established rules, and normative ethical systems which consider the merits of actions themselves. An example of normative ethical philosophy is the Golden Rule, which states that: “One should treat others as one would like others to treat oneself.

“Moral authority comes from following universal and timeless principles like honesty, integrity, treating people with respect.” – Stephen Covey

Education helps you in achieving goals. only if you have practical knowledge.
Today most of the teacher teaches line by line every topic instead of this they should do practical for every topic. In the real-world only, practical knowledge will help.
