Qualification: Any Graduate
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 2-3 years

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about the product or service using scripts

• Answer questions about products or the company

• Ask questions to understand customer requirements

• Assist in closing sales

• Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed

• Enter and update customer information in the database

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from a recognized university in India or abroad
• An experience of minimum of one year in working as tele sales representative or other sales/customer service role

Desired Candidate Profile:
• The candidate comes from an Edtech background (preferred)
• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems
